Ajay
As lead Solicitor for the group, with over ten years of experience, Ajay leads and helps the team through all the challenges that face a conveyancer and client in today’s climate. Ajay has also previously helped to build and lead large scale residential property teams, including an award-winning new build team. Boasting a large portfolio of high-net-worth clients, Ajay is able to deal with all manner of transactions, especially for those who require a bespoke and discreet level of service. In his spare time, Ajay enjoys going on adventures with his children and also helps run The Whistle Foundation, a charity that he founded which aims to bring sport to every child.
Hayley
As a Director of Enzo, Hayley is responsible for ensuring the client experience begins successfully, liaising with key referral partners and clients. In her spare time, Hayley enjoys spending time with her family, making memories. She also enjoys reading a good book and watching live sporting events!
Kara
If you are a first time buyer, look no further than Kara. Her excellent communication skills will ensure that you are kept fully in the loop with the purchase of your first home. Kara is an avid traveller, exploring as much of the world as she can, and also loves to play the saxophone.
Sarah
The initial part of the conveyancing process can often be daunting for clients. Sarah is on hand to ensure that client’s have completed their onboarding documents correctly and assist them with any questions they may have. In her spare time, Sarah is an incredible baker, who loves to bake and decorate cakes, especially to bring in to the office to share with her colleagues. Sarah also spends time making memories with her two children ensuring they have a happy and loving childhood.
Daniel
Conveyancing transactions can often become complicated due to the length of chains in today’s market. This is where Daniel steps in. His organisation and confidence with chains allows him to actively chase and go beyond the means of a regular conveyancer to ensure that his clients are kept as up to date as possible. Outside of work Daniel regularly frequents the Golf Course and is also the founder of the Birmingham based event Eternal Groovin. Property, Putting and Partying.
Violet
Whilst studying Law, Business and Criminology at A Level, Violet also helps the Enzo team with key pre client and post completion tasks. Violet’s organisational skills allow her to carry out these tasks efficiently and effectively, whilst also allowing the team to do what they do best, which is concentrating on moving you into your new home. When not working or studying, Violet is enjoying learning to drive and regularly discovers new music to listen to on vinyl.
Shannon
Shannon leads our trusted new build team. Having worked alongside the majority of the UK’s largest House Builders, Shannon and the team can ensure that your 28 day exchange turnaround can be achieved and that you secure the Plot of your dreams. Outside of work, Shannon enjoys long walks in the countryside and spending time with her two nephews who keep her incredibly busy.
Elise
Elise is our auction specialist here at Enzo. Traditional or Modern method, Elise has the capacity and ability to ensure (where reasonable) that your 28 day turnaround is met. Elise will ensure that the due diligence is appropriately applied within the timeframe, whilst maintaining a high level of legal compliance, so that you the client can rest easy once your purchase has completed.
